This data includes shaft vibration logs, motor temperature fluctuations, and floor utilization patterns.

Client information—including facility maps and security access logs—is encrypted using military-grade AES-256 protocols and stored on local sovereign servers within Nigerian jurisdiction to ensure absolute data residency compliance.

Usage of Tecno Elevators systems constitutes an agreement to the operational parameters defined in the Engineering Specification Handbook. Unauthorized modifications to elevator control logic or bypass of safety interlocks by third-party technicians will result in immediate termination of warranty and service level agreements.
